Effective 8 October 2026. Tulistic is operated by Netflyp Sdn Bhd (Malaysia, reg. 1387893-K), ("we", "us"). By using the website at tulistic-core.vercel.app, the API endpoints, or the MCP service ("the Service"), you agree to these terms.
Tulistic maintains an index of third-party agent tools (MCP servers, skills, APIs), runs automated verification tests against them, ranks them, and operates a gateway through which agents can discover, inspect, and execute those tools. We are an independent layer — we do not operate the third-party tools themselves.
2.1. The public index, rankings, and the MCP gateway may be used anonymously. Creating an account is optional and currently free.
2.2. If you store credentials in the Tulistic vault: they are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), decrypted only in memory for the duration of a proxied call to the specific server they belong to, and never displayed again after storing. You are responsible for the validity of credentials you store and for storing only credentials you are authorized to use.
2.3. You must keep your account access token confidential. Notify us at tulistic-support@omail.sh if you suspect unauthorized use.
You agree not to: (a) use the gateway to attack, overload, or abuse third-party servers; (b) attempt to extract other users' credentials or vault data; (c) resell or scrape the index or rankings at scale without written agreement; (d) use the Service for unlawful activity. We may rate-limit or suspend access that violates this section.
4.1. Indexed servers are operated by third parties. Verification results reflect our automated tests at a point in time and do not guarantee future behavior, security, fitness for purpose, or legal compliance of any third-party tool.
4.2. When you execute a tool through the gateway, you are instructing a third-party service. We transmit your request and, where applicable, your stored credentials to that service. Review a tool's evidence and dependencies before relying on it for consequential actions.
4.3. Tool publishers may request corrections or removal by contacting tulistic-support@omail.sh.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETFLYP SDN BHD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY TOOLS, DATA LOSS, OR RELIANCE ON RANKINGS OR VERIFICATION RESULTS, EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS (WHICH MAY BE ZERO).
We store: index and verification data (public), account email addresses (for users who sign up), encrypted credentials (vault users), and anonymized telemetry from gateway calls (artifact identity, task outcome, latency — no request contents, no credentials). We do not sell personal data. Deletion requests: email us.
We may modify the Service or these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
